 Dear loyal shoppers of Qoo10

Thank you very much for supporting Qoo10 throughout the years. To show our appreciation, we are selling these masks while making no profit at all (in fact believe it or not, we are  making a loss) to protect the health of all Qoo10 shoppers, and we are trying our best to have these masks delivered to you ASAP. However the amount of orders we have received within the past few hours have been too much for us and our delivery companies to handle.

Qoo10 would like to apologize to the customers who were expecting, but did not receive their masks by 19 June. We will use all our resources available even if it means that we have to pay more for shipping costs that all customers who have ordered before 19 June 14:00 will receive their masks by 20 June.

Every time we replenish our stocks, they are all bought away within a few hours. Kindly understand that if you are unable to see the 'Buy Now' button, that we are out of stock, and will replenish stocks ASAP. We need the help of all Qoo10 shoppers. *Self-collection orders made after 19 June 18:00 can only be collected after 20 June 12:00.

*The Qoo10 office will be open until 23:00 tonight for self-collection customers to start wearing their masks ASAP!
