In-Body Image Stabilization
The In-body Image Stabilization controls camera shake in the body and so it can work regardless of the type of the lens attached. Image stabilization can be checked in the viewfinder and rear screen, which was thought to be difficult when using in-body IS.
FAST AF and Fast Sequential Shooting (up to approx. 8 fps)
The 81-point AF system covers the most of the image area with many focus points. Combined with the 8fps fast sequential shooting, the camera can capture the right moment easily. It also features more AF functions such as Super Spot AF that lets you focus on a tiny part of an image and Eye-Detection AF that automatically focuses on the eye of a person.

The thickness of the camera is only 63.9mm when the most compact* electronic pancake zoom lens (standard zoom lens) "M.ZUIKO DIGITAL ED 14-42mm F3.5-5.6 EZ" is attached to the body. The camera is as compact as the bodies of conventional ultra-compact DSLRs even when an lens is attached to it.

Highly-Operable Two Dials

The optional ECG-1 is exclusively designed for E-M10. It provides more comfortable gripping experience. The battery and card can easily be exchanged by using the lever on the bottom.
