There is another new shelf sable capsule that says "suitable for vegetarian/vegans ". I read from other sites about probiotics in general and remembered they said try to opt for the "refrigerated need" ones. So I was already in favor of the first option - in gelatin capsule for I'm not a vegetarian anyway. I also read from a gyny doctor's site who suggests this particular product as an insert also, when needed. I tried and this worked.
