Music Man uses a solid contoured basswood body for a light weight body with warm tone. The nut is a narrow 38 mm for friendly and comfortable fingering. The 34" scale neck is attached via a 5 bolt neck joint. The neck heel is contoured and rounded for easy access to the entire fingerboard. An active 3 band preamp is combined with the Music Man designed SB14 pickup.
