Suggested Use
Use Topcoat for added scratch resistance. Apply 2-3 thin coats of nail polish. Blow dry polished nails for 1 minute on warm heat/low blower setting between each coat. Apply Topcoat and allow nails to dry to touch. For best results use with Piggy Paint Basecoat.
