Posting & Shipping Information:

1) If you choose Singpost Normal Mail, your order will be delivered by Singapore Post

using normal regular non-registered mail.   There will be NO tracking number.

Singpost will not call you prior to delivery.

Depending on seasons and areas, high volume of parcels, deliveries and delay for

whatever reasons, may happen.  Your order may take 1 week - 1 mth to reach you.

Lost of parcels may happen from time to time.  Seller shall NOT and will NOT be responsible

for any delay, damage or lost of parcels if normal (non-registered) posting is selected.

2) For a safe delivery to your door step, please choose Qxpress.  Highly Recommended.

Tracking number is available and delivery status can be checked online.

So, please choose wisely and everyone is happy.

3) Some packaging boxes are slightly dented.   These are unavoidable due to the

rough sea journey from overseas supplier to reach us in Singapore.

4) It is perfectly normal if, a small rough dot / marking is observed on one of the outer

sides of the cutter.  This is not scratches / damage / defect, but rather an opening where
materials to make cutter, was being injected into the mould.

We seek your kind understanding for points (3) and (4) above.

Please do not complain / request for replacement , exchange or refund due to the above.

Trust that we constantly strive & endeavour best effort to serve you . Thank you.
