Reject & Refund Policy

 

- You may cancel the order befoe the seller sends item. in case the seller has sent the item, you may contact seller and  request fo return & refund.

- In any case of products / item(s) broken, damaged on the way of delivery, buyers can reject the goods back to the seller.

- For rejected items, buyers should contact the seller to settle.

- During the process of rejection, the delivery fees of rejected goods are to be borne by the buyers.

*(Rejection of goods to done within 3 days, after goods is delivered & handled to buyers)

 

- In general, the amount will be refunded according to the same payment mode that was used to make payment.

- The return cost and / or indemnity may be charged to you, only after you returned the item(s).

 

- The refund may not be accepted in the following cases:-

1) The item has been damaged by Customers’ negligence / fault. *(Except for package opened)

2) The item has been customized for specific buyer.

3) The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer’s usage / consumption.

4) The item’s value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
