Important Notes:

1. It should not be placed on surfaces which may impede your airbag activation.

2. It must NOT be placed near to heat e.g. lighter, continuous direct sunlight, high pressure gas cylinders, etc.

3. Mat color may change or fade with continuous exposure to sunlight.

3. When the mat surfaces are dirty, the suction may become weak. The mats should then be washed and dried before re-use.

What You Should Know Before Making a Purchase with the Windmill :

All deliveries in Singapore will be made via SingPost or Qxpress (Qoo10 agent).

We usually mail the orders out the next working day. Hence, you should be able to receive your orders in 2 to 5 working days after placing orders.

An additional fee will be charged if you choose to have it delivered via registered mail. The registered mail will be sent to your doorstep.

If the delivery fails, e.g. nobody is at home:

(1) For SingPost, a collection slip will be left behind for you to retrieve the item at the nearest SingPost office, or you can call SingPost to arrange for another delivery date.

(2) For Qxpress, the delivery company will call you to arrange another delivery date.

If you buy more than 1 item, and intend to get registered mail, you only need to select the registered mail option ONCE. We will bundle all your orders into one registered mail package.

We seek your understanding that we would not be responsible for items damaged during delivery, especially without registered mail.

You can be assured that all our products are inspected for defects before delivery. However, if you do receive a defective item, we apologize and are willing to accept returns or exchanges. The condition is that the items must be mailed back to us within 7 working days upon receiving the orders. We regret to inform that buyers will have to bear all return postage costs.
