Celery seed is a mild anti-spasmodic and diuretic traditionally used for the temporary relief of symptoms of arthritis, rheumatism and gout. 

The use of Celery seed stems from a traditional naturopathic perspective that conditions such as arthritis and rheumatism are usually the result of accumulation of waste substances in the body.

 

Ingredients

Active ingredients per tablet: Apium graveolens (Celery)extract equiv. to dry seed 3g (3000mg) Celery seed oil 2mg.

 

Directions

Adults: Take one to two tablets daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed. 
Avoid taking in the late evening to reduce the risk of disturbing sleep with the need to urinate.
