We receive negative reviews on our Pineng Batteries and we would like potential customers to read on...
Before using battery:
Kindly check the gadget you are putting the batts in, if there's No power or No activity on your gadget, there is a very high chance that it is only a "contact" issue here. There are several similar cases where user experience the exact scenarios. After inserting and removing batt, it worked. Due to contact point oxidisation especially for equipment not used for a long time such incident happens. If you were to try cleaning the contact points it might help. The best verdict is to use a volt meter to measure prior to use. All our batts are fresh stocks from factory, manufactured after July-Oct 2014.
When was your gadget (e.g Remote control, Dect phones etc.) last used?
A: There are cases when a remote control unit after storing too long with Normal Alkaline batt leaked inside and thus buyer intend to purchase our battery, do take note that the liquid that ooze out from the this battery are CORROSIVE, this is bad for new batteries inserted thereafter. Note that you should clean the previous leakage thoroughly and completely free from any form of residual liquid left over. It's best that you do the right thing before using fresh batteries, this way, it will ensure that the battery last a long time and DO NOT OVERCHARGE batteries, they're not mend to be charged when after Fully Charged. Some gadget do not have overcharged protection circuit cutoff thus causing the LSD to weaken in power storage.
I have not heard of this brand before, not sure reliable or not?
Pineng is a TOP brand battery manufacturer in China, potential customers who do not feel comfortable or have inferior thoughts about China made batteries should refrain from purchasing, negative feedback without verifying quality does not help seller to supply value for money product.
