How to change to delivery

1. Please state the ORDER NUMBER & E-TICKET CODE on the "MEMO TO SELLER".
(If seller don't have received order number & e-ticket code, seller will not proceed the delivery request!)

2. Please choose the Qxpress in delivery method.  




Qxpress Service

*We will mail out your items within 3 working days via QXpress after shipping payment is cleared. **Please do not forget give us your order number & e-ticket code before make the shipping payment**

*Q Xpress usually takes 1 to 3 working days to deliver. If you miss the delivery, you will have to call QXPRESS to arrange re-delivery. Tel No : 6434-8400

*When you request is dropped on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Public holidays, your request will be proceed on the next working day.
