All the items will be reserved based on first come first serve basis after payment confirmation.
We are not responsible for any lost of damage for customers who choose normal mail .
Exchanges will not be granted for any of following reasons:
1. Personal dislike
2. Item apparently does not appear the same as picture (eg.color difference due to differential display on the monitor screen or personal imagination, "not as nice as picture", etc).
3. Select the wrong design (Please kindly double-check your orders before checkout).
4. A claim that the cutting/workmanship of the item (s) is not good or up to expectation.
Below reasons will not be considered as manufacturer defects:
1. Minor stains (light color clothes especially). Stains can be easily removed after 1st-time wash.
2. Minor thread/gel frays at the ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of the seams.
3. A claim that the cutting/workmanship of the item is not good or up to expectation.
4. Deliberate damage of items.
Other exclusions:
1 Exchange only accepted within 10 days after items delivered by us
2 We only accept one to one exchange at TS office , SGD 5.00 admin fee is chargeable .
3 For self-collect customers , there is one time admin charge of SGD 2.00
