We've sold hundreds of Magnetic Earrings with no issues, however some time back we received 3 reviews (in a row!) with regards to items damanged during shipping.

We've done some test , eg trying to pull the bling out and even dropping it but it didn't break nor did the bling drop.

We're suspecting some heavy object might have drop on it at the postal office or something.

Attached it's the videos we've recordered at 2am, pardon the poorly taken videos.

Therefore from 9th October 2012 onwards we are giving extra option to customers to:

Self collect Magnetic Earrings at Jurong Point or Jurong West st 24

Postage will be free for this item if you still would want to receive by postage, however do take note there's risk involved as we realise even bubble wraps can't seem to protect the earrings from damage.

Lemon Law - All Buyers Must Read Before Purchase!

From 1st September 2012 onwards, Lemon Law comes into effect. We understand it covers online purchases too and unless the seller can prove otherwise, a defect proven to exist within 6 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. Orders send out from 11th October onwards, will have their photos taken as proof of sending out in good condition.

We are also providing collection service at Jurong West Street 24 for customers to check and collect the items. (Defect that was obvious and would have been spotted upon inspection at the point of purchase does not entitle consumers to a remedy.)

Do note that the Lemon law does not apply when the fault was caused by wear and tear or natural deterioration. Eg for our accessories, as it's not pure gold, when it comes to contact with moisture (from your skin, the air, the perfume you use, etc..) it will tarnish.

This law will also not apply when the damaged to the item was caused by the consumer through misuse, inappropriate storage or care or unauthorized repair. Eg. Dropping the accessory will cause breakage and if accessory is not store properly it is possible for it to be damage easily as it is small and fragile.
