Delivery method:
We will mail out your order via SingPost within 3 working day after payment confirmed, you will be able to receive your items 3-5 days after payment date.
Delivery to Singapore address will be handled by SingPost.

Normal Mail: 2 to 5 working days
In the case of large parcel which cannot be fitted to the letterbox, the postman will deliver to your doorstep. If delivery is unsuccessful (nobody is at home), the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. No tracking number is available for normal mail.
  
We will not be responsible for any lost mail for Normal mail option.STRICTLY NO REFUND FOR ITEMS LOST IN NORMAL MAIL.

Registered Mail: 2 to 3 workings
Parcel will be delivered directly to the doorstep of your address. Tracking number is available. In case of unsuccessful delivery, the postman will leave a collection slip at your door for collection at the nearest post office. Registered mail will be an addition of S$3.50 to normal mail postage.
Though we do our best to minimize delivery time, there may be delay in shipping sometimes, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Exchange and Return
All items sold and delivery charges are NON REFUNDABLE unless defective/wrong items mailed or paid item is out of stock. We will inspect items before posting out. Please notify us via email of the defective/wrong items delivered to you within 7 days of receipt. Customer is allowed to exchange for one time only.
 
Buyer will pay the postage for exchanges. We will mail out the exchange only after we have received the item.
  
We do not refund or perform exchanges for delivered products due to following reasons:
~Personal dislike or change of mind after purchase.
~Deliberate damage of clothes.
~Slight colour differences, thread fray ends, wrinkles, slight mis-alignment of seams, minor tear on seams which can be hand stitched; Sizing issues (clothes do not fit, please do take note that different batches of clothes may have slight different in sizing). Do take note of the size measurements stated when making purchase.
~Claiming that the workmanship of clothes is not good.
~Slight discolouration of printing.
~Damages caused by the improper care of the product after purchased.
