Shipping and Handling
- Item will be send out within 1-2 business day (Monday - Friday excluding Sunday and Public Holiday) after receive clear payment.
- Item will be post out via Air mail with tracking number.
- Shipping will usually takes 7-10 business days (excluding Sat, Sun and Public Holiday) to reach Malaysia.
- Item will be declared as gift with lower value for custom clearance and it is buyer's responsibility for all import tax if applicable.
- If item bounce back due to incorrect postage address or some other reason, buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to re-send the item.
- No postage to APO or PO Box.
- For item not receive more than 45 days, will be declare as lost mail (Buyer to contact seller)
Return/Exchange
- Exchange will only be accept within 14 days if the item is found to be faulty starting from the day you had receive the item.
- Buyer will be responsible for the charges for return postage.
- Buyer will need to provide the details of the fault for exchange.
- We will exchange with the same item.
- Replacement item will only be mail back after receive the return item.
- Item returned and found not to be faulty or in its original condition will be rejected.
- Any missing item will be subject to a charge.
