花茶的泡法 :

使用 4 – 5 個玫瑰花, 250ml 至 300ml 100度熱水來泡, 並等待3 - 5分鐘。

玫瑰花茶的禁忌

玫瑰花茶虽然好,但是不宜过度饮用。也就是说玫瑰花茶不宜天天喝,尤其是夏天。

玫瑰花具有收敛的功效,所以便秘的人最好不要饮用。

由于玫瑰花比较温热,所以阴虚火旺的人最好还是尽量少用。

玫瑰花活血散淤的功效较强,月事来潮时不宜饮用。

孕婦和月經期女子不適宜飲用。
