Orders made are final.

- please verify your order details (item codes, prices, shipping fees, etc.) before making payment.

- if there is any confusion, please contact us before placing the order.

Please be noted that following issues will not be considered defective

- the colors on the monitor may be slightly different from the colors of actual goods due to monitor model and settings.

- size may be slightly different due to different measuring methods

Guaranteed delivery for registered articles only

- we shall not be held responsible for damage or loss of normal mails

- courier delays may occur from time to time for various reasons. OKIBOX shall not be held responsible for such delays.

All products are in our Singapore warehouse. Orders are usually processed within one working day after payment is confirmed.

- working days: Monday ~ Friday, excluding PHs

All exchange / refund request must be made within 3 days of delivery if deliver via traceable method, or 7 days after we ship out the order if deliver via normal mail here.

- only wrong/defective items are qualified for exchange / refund

SMS notification on OOS item

Item listings are updated 1~2 times daily according to the actual inventory, new items added and out-of-stock items removed. However there might still be some shortage of items at the point of order processing.

If this happens, we will send SMS for your to decide whether to change to same-priced item(s) or cancel the oos item(s) to get full refund for it.
