AWFUL!2/7/2012Average rating:1out of5stars, based onreviews2/7/2012by AproductreviewPurchased these over the fall. As an earlier poster stated, at first, they are so fluffy you can't get your pillow cases on - purchased special cases at Macy's just for them. Roughly three months later, flat AND lumpy! Yesterday I washed them thinking drying would fluff up and frankly, I consider pillows like mattress covers, they need to be washed from time to time, - HUGE mistake! Could not get even excess water out not matter how many times I re-ran them just through the spin cycle only at home. Finally took to laundry mat to use commercial dryer. Over an HOUR later and much money, dry on outside, yet when pushed on pillow, wet spots would show through. Finally brought home, continued to dry another two hours...next day: Still wet, still lumpy, still flat. What a large disappointment. But then for some time now, I must admit, anything made by Serta does not hold up - mattress, pillows, etc. Don't waste your money - it's only a good deal if you only want them for a very brief time.Written by a customer while visiting samsclub.comWas this review helpful?Yes (0)No (0)ReportNice and comfortable.
