Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of the order is possible before shipping has been scheduled. Once the items have been shipped out, any further changes to the order is not possible.

Defective Goods Policy

Should there be defects in the goods received, please kindly contact us via Qpost within 7 days of receipt. Qpost inquiry can be accessed from the seller's page.

We would require a photograph evidence of the defective item, the order number, as well as a brief description of the problem encountered. We will evaluate your inquiry within 3 working days.

Upon successful evaluation, please return the defective item to our address by post office or any other shipping service. A replacement will be sent via registered mail.

Please kindly note that replacement is not possible if damage to the product is caused by the customer. We seek your kind understanding on the matter.

Shipping and Delivery

There are 2 available shipping options.

1) Singpost Normal Mail. It is the cheapest shipping method and delivery time (within Singapore) is at least 3 to 5 days. However, please bear in mind that there is no tracking number. All risk of shipment discrepancies, be it damaged goods during the shipping process, delay in delivery, loss in delivery, will be borne by the buyer. Both the seller and Singpost will not be held liable.

2) [Highly Recommended] Qxpress. Delivery time (within Singapore) will be 3 to 4 days. Tracking number will be provided once the order and shipment have been confirmed.
