Apply tint layer of lips primer. Ensure dryness of your lips, then apply OUMULIAN lipstick, use a little force on to your lips while applying it, then let it be and wait for 20 minutes for lipstick to absorbs on to your lips, Wipe with a tissues to your lips as to remove floating lipstick reminding on your lips, repeat it server times till see nothing remain on the tissues. After the wipe off the floating lipstick, it will still look good and the same as your first apply .

【口红不沾杯涂抹方法】

首先唇部打底。保证嘴唇干度，然后涂抹，稍微用点力，紧接着就别管了，该干啥干啥❗ 等20分钟左右，唇膏渗透到嘴唇上 ，再用纸巾一次一次的擦掉浮色，直到擦不下来,  剩下的颜色依然好看，依然纯正.你抺的方法对了吗
