Tasting Note

Grape Varietal : Merlot 60%, Cabernet Franc 20% and Cabernet sauvignon 20%

Colour : The colour is a lovely red; the nose is refined, with little red berry fruits.

Aroma : Fresh aromas.

Palate: In the mouth, it develops very fresh aromas, with a supple yet dense mid-palate and silky tannins. The finish is very pleasant, with floral after notes, and a nice length.

Recommended Cuisine

Served at 16-17°C, with grilled red meats, poultry as well as cheese.
