This Tibetan singing bowl is 5 inches wide at its thickest part, 4 inches wide at the rim, and two inches tall. The wooden stick ("Puja") is included with the bowl. This Tibetan Buddhist singing bowl is played by moving the stick slowly around the outside of the bowl. You must keep a steady rhythm for the bowl to pick up the sound. The first signs of life in the bowl will come in the form of a slight vibration undeneath your fingers while you are holding this Tibetan singing bowl. The wooden striker, puja, is included with this singing bowl but the stand is sold separately. This Tibetan Buddhist Prayer Singing Bowl was handmade in Nepal.
