Instruction Manual
STEP 1:食材热身 ( Pre warm the ingredients)
将要烹饪的食材如米、豆等提前淘好、泡开,并且在加入焖烧杯之前,浸一次热水,达到热身效果。
Wash and soak ingredients like rice, bean and etc for a few hours and pour boiling water into ingredients to pre warm before starting to cook.
STEP 2:预热罐子 ( Pre warm the cup/jar)
将100度的开水倒入焖烧杯,盖上盖子焖1分钟,倒掉开水,再加入食材。
Pour boiling water into the induction cooker/jar and cover it for a few minutes, then clearing the water and put all the ingredients in the cooker/jar.
STEP 3:开泡!( Start to cook)
将100度的热水倒入装有食材的焖烧杯,水量尽量控制在高位,能够最大程度保温。
Pour boiling water into the cooker/jar now and keep the water till highest level in order to maximiaze the heat inside the cooker/jar.
STEP 4:等待开吃!( Relax and wait)
然后就是等吃喽!
焖烧后的食物好吃吗?
当然!如果你用正确的方式使用焖烧杯,你会发现煮出来的米饭香香的,糯糯的;焖出来的粥软软的,稠稠的;而且各种食材的原汁一点都没跑,又营养又美味!
Now you could relax and wait to enjoy the delicious food.
白粥 ( White porridge)
1、淘米,水烧开后预热焖烧杯;
Wash and soak the rice, use boiling water to pre warm both rice and cooker/jar.
2、把米放入沸水中,煮开后倒入焖烧杯中,盖进盖子,3小时后就可以喝到热气腾腾的粥了。
Cook rice in boiling water on fire for a few minutes. Then pour it into cooker/jar and cover up for 3 to 4 hours.

白煮蛋 ( Boiling Egg)
1、开水预热焖烧杯片刻,然后,将鸡蛋一只放入焖烧杯,放入开水,睡觉。
Pre warm the cooker/jar using boiling water. Then put an egg inside the cooker/jar before sleep.
2、第二天一早就有完美的白煮蛋吃了!很熟不是溏心!
The next morning you will get a delicious cooker egg.

水果茶 ( Fruits tea)
1、将各种水果切片;
Cut all the fruits into slieces.
2、预热焖烧杯,倒入水果片,加入开水,盖盖子密封;
Pre warm the cooker/jar, then pour fruit slices into the it followed by boiling water before you could cover up the cooker/jar.
3、焖3小时后,倒出晾至温热,加入蜂蜜调味,礼成!
Wait for 3 hours before you could enjoy the delicious fruits tea.

薏米红豆汤
1、将薏米和红豆浸泡一晚上备用;
Do soak barley and red bean for one whole night before starting to cook.
2、开水预热焖烧杯,把泡好的的薏米和红豆放入焖烧杯中;
Pre warm the Jar/Cup using boiling water before pouring in the prepared barley and red beans.
3、山药削皮切段放入焖烧杯中;
Cut the yam into slices and put in the jar/cup.
4、倒入刚烧好的开水,盖盖焖制。第二天一早就可以享用啦!

红枣桂圆小米粥
1、将100℃的开水倒入闷骚杯预热,一分钟后将小米和糯米放入杯子一起预热。三五分钟以后把水倒掉~
2、红枣去核撕条,加上桂圆枸杞花生冰糖放进焖烧杯;
3、重新倒入100℃开水,盖盖子碎觉。
4、小米粥好啦~

芋头鸡汤
1、鸡腿洗干净剁成小块,鉴于焖烧杯的容量不是很大,半只鸡腿切6块左右;
2、芋头切滚刀块;
3、煮沸水,倒一点预热焖烧杯,倒掉;
4、水中放入姜片和鸡块煮开撇去血沫;
5、放入芋头煮沸后倒焖烧杯,放一颗红枣,盖上盖子,焖2~3个小时
6、喝的时候加盐调味。

山药肉丝粥
1、肉丝用盐,鸡精,料酒腌十几分钟~然后舀两勺淀粉,抓!揉!捏!
2、开水预热杯子,并将肉丝焯白断生。
3、将所有食材倒入焖烧杯,重新倒入100℃水,盖盖子。
4、礼成!

田园鲜虾粥
1、食材全部切丁;
2、100℃预热杯子和食材五分钟左右,倒掉水。
3、重新加开水。盖盖子。碎觉。
4、根据口味加盐和白胡椒粉提味。
