How to choose your size
Use the below Size Chart to choose the fit that best matches your measurements:

Directions for use
Before you reach for the socks, take off any ring or bracelet that may get in the way. Also be mindful of sharp or long finger/toe nails. Place your thumbs inside top of sock & down to heel. Unroll sock slowly over your foot (pointing toes, foot-forward helps), positioning it correctly into heel.

Gradually pull the sock up evenly, keeping it as straight as possible. These below-knee socks should sit about 2 fingers below the bend of your knee. Check that the top band is flat and smooth out all wrinkles by palming over the length of sock.

Important: Do not wear the garment rolled down the leg as this will reduce blood circulation.

Adjusting to your Medi Qtto socks
The first time you wear your Medi Qtto socks, you may feel they are too tight. They do take time to become accustomed to and you may want to consider a gradual transition. If you feel extremely uncomfortable e.g. tingling or numbness, remove them immediately and try wearing a few days later. Discontinue use if discomfort persists.

Ask a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, skin allergy or open wound.

Washcare guide
Gently hand wash by swishing and squeezing the socks in delicate fabric detergent. Avoid chlorine bleach or fabric softener as they may break down the elastic fibers. Lay socks flat on a towel to dry in shade, away from direct sunlight. Do not iron or use machine dryer.
