台南南化水库上游关山【黑糖农庄】的张锡斌师傅,经过多年的用心经营与改进,以自然无毒的方式栽植甘蔗,遵循古早工法制糖。炉灶配备七口孔明大鼎,以龙眼木等硬质材火熬炼六小时而成。生产过程严谨卫生,散发出浓郁诱人的焦糖蔗香。道地的古早口味,勘称台湾第一好糖;它的名字叫─【糖太宗】。
