Paint up with a lot of new energy !

Bathroom and toilet’s ceiling  had  varying amounts of moisture, depending on ventilation and the amount of steam/moisture that builds up during showering. If moisture is trapped in a bathroom, mildew and mold can begin to grow !

Christmas, New Year and also the Chinese New Year is round the corner. You need to have your kitchen and toilet ceiling painted, but that small little job is just too tough for you or is just simply difficult for you to get a contractor to do such a minor job.

I have specially arranged with Mr Chan from Chan Rockstone & paintworks  to help our customers to solve this problem.

Only 10 tickets available for each of the following:

1.HDB kitchen ceiling painting (white colour paint) with oil sealer,  $250

(Condominium or private house kitchen as long as it does not exceed 200 sq. ft.)

2.  HDB kitchen ceiling and 2 toilets ceiling painting (white colour paint) with oil sealer, $350

All your floorings, table top cabinets and toilets will be covered with plastic sheets during the painting..

A layer of Oil Sealer (to prevent molding) will be applied before painting with ICI Super Maxilite paint.

Note: Kitchen and toilet ceilings with leakage problems are advised not to purchase the ticket.
