1. ... I haven't got my purchase. How can I track it?
- We're mailing the item via EMS and usually you can get it in 7 working days. The tracking number is in your "My Qoo10" purchase history, and you can track the status on Singpost website: http://www.singpost.com.sg

2. ... I need the item urgently, can I have a faster delivery?
- Yes, of course! Let us know if you need a expedited shipping. We can use Express service but, in some cases, extra charges will be applied.

3. ... I'm not home for the delivery. How can I rearrange it?
- The courier company is free for second trial of delivery. They will leave a note if you're not around for the first attempt, and please call them to arrange your available date for the next. If you will be away for quite some days, you can use our Singapore address to make it your buffer. Again, feel free to contact us for any need!

4. ... the order is Out of Stock? Can I have my money back?
- No doubt! We make sure every design comes with sufficient stock, but sizes and colors are really hard to be managed. Having said so, we know that you're so full of joy to have it ASAP and we can't let you down. That's why if you get an "OOS" cancelation, we will definitely refund you the money and more -- you will receive a coupon so you can be a happy customer again!
