▶ How to make Sikhye [sweet rice drink]

1) Put 2 bowls of cold rice (around 400g) and 2 liters of water in electric rice cooker, and mix lightly.
2) Put Sikhye [sweet rice drink] Making 5 tea-bags (25g*5) as it is.
3) Remain the switch on ‘rice warm’ state for fermentation, and keep around 8 hours.
4) If 2 to 3 grains of rice float, it means fermentation is done.
5) Put Sikhye [sweet rice drink] in proper container, and boil 1 to 2 minutes in medium heat. Remove tea-bags.
