Delivery times

1 to 3 business days (provided item is in stock)

Delivery time is from Mon to Fri, 9am to 10pm. Deliveries on weekends and public holidays can be arranged on case to case basis.

You can select the preferred date and time that you wish to have your order. However, should we require more time to have your order sorted we will inform you beforehand. It will usually take 2 working days.

Returns & Exchanges

There is strictly no return or refund on all purchases with the exception of manufacturer’s defects. Items with manufacturer’s defects must be returned in original packaging within 7 days from date of receipt. This can be exchanged for a similar value item. This refund will be done in accordance with the original payment mode, to be credited back to your PayPal account or bank account.

Original delivery and/or handling charges are non-refundable. Any additional delivery charges incurred are to be borne by the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on used merchandise or items damaged through normal wear and tear.

How to return a defective item?

Please email our Customer Service at enquiry@beddingaffairs.sg indicating the reason for return and whether you’d prefer an exchange or refund. Please wait for official authorization from our Customer Service, as a return/refund on online purchases can only be processed with proper documentation.
