The interior is 304 Surgical Grade Steel that provides for a safe non porous cooking surface. This surface is easily sanitized and maintains the natural flavors of the foods you prepare. This item features a 5-Hole Poaching rack with cups and tongs. Compare to waterless brands such as Saladmaster, Kitchen Craft, Luster Craft and more. This pan is not super ferritic and is compatible with MOST induction stove tops.
