Exchange Policy (Carry-in):

 

- Items sold are not refundable.

- All parts are examined by us before posting out. But in the event of manufacture defect, exchange can be done within 7 days after receiving the items. (All exchange items must be returned with it's original packaging and accessories.)

- Sales Receipt / Sales Invoice is strictly required for exchange.

- Please email enquiries@alltronic.com.sg for any exchange enquiries.

- For manufacture defect, please contact us at 6338 8248 within 7 days after receiving the items.
