WE WILL BE YOUR DEFECT CHECKER
Most of the sellers would just packed your order and mail out. However, we will be taking extra measures to prevent customers from receiving defect items. We will do a defect check on each item before mailing to you. Clothes with stain, patches, torn, uneven sewing/cutting, unacceptable sheer quality, spoilt zip will NOT be mail to you. Therefore clothes that you received from us will always be good condition.
Exchange
We DO accept item exchange. If the size doesn't fit you, you may op for a 1x exchange per purchase, for another design of same price or lower. However, there will be a $5 surcharge of
(1)a postage bag with a stamp for you to return(2)your exchange item to be sent to you(3)admin fee. If you have your own mailing bag to mail the item to us, then it will be only $3 for us to mail you the exchange item. Please note that size/design exchange will not be allowed if you made negative reviews before contacting us for an exchange.
As for defect that we overlook, please whatsapp us and we will mail you a postage bag with a stamp for you to return and the replacement at ZERO COST.
Exchange is only allow when item is not be worn, altered or washed. Tag must be attached. You must to inform us within 10 days of your order date. Once we receive your item, we will mail you a replacement.
Exchange /replacement items is subjected to in-stock availability, no pre-order replacement is allowed.Kindly note that we do not accept return or deliberate damage for cash refund.
Restock
If the item you want to purchase, is out of stock. Don't worry. Just drop us an email and we will inform you when it is restock.
