2. Delivery from Singpost will take around 2-4 working days for Normal Mail and 1-2 working days for SmartPac(with tracking number) 
3. For Normal Mail, seller is not responsible for Normal Mail loss by Singpost. In any event that the item did not reach out to you opted via Normal Mail, you may contact us to rearrange but there will be additional cost to be incurred from the bueyr.

TO NOTE: 

Alphabet "O" VS Number "0". When you receive "O" before inflation, it will look alilke Leftmost Balloon in the below pic, not enclosing the two tips. At first glance, you may think that wrong item "C" has been delivered. However, compared to C, it is more curved towards the end and no worries, after inflation, the gap between the two tips will be enclosed and will become an "O". :)

Same goes to Alphabet "S" VS Number "8". When u ordered number 8, after receiving the balloon before inflation, it will looks kind of alphabet S, but only after inflation the two tips gap will enclose and will become an "8". :)

HOW TO INFLATE BALLOON 


Step1: Find the red marking
Step2: Insert the Air Pump underneath the red marking.

Step3: Inflate/ pump air.
Step4: Simply press the opening end with hand to seal it off.
