Qn: Is PC Dreams the authorized Reseller for the above brand?

Ans: Yes, we are authorized reseller for many brands since 2007. We only sell full authorized stocks to our valued customers. In addition, we are the authorized resellers for most major brands in the market including Asus, Acer, HP, Dell, Lenovo, MSI, Toshiba, Fujitsu, Alienware, Microsoft, Adobe, Intel and many more.

Qn: Why should we buy from PC Dreams?

Ans: We are Authorized Reseller are officially supported by the Vendors with official exchange and warranty policies. In addition to the original warranties, PC Dreams also provide our own add-on service warranty for any issues faced by our valued customers, operated by our repair division - Laptop Hospital. Units that are not authorized to sell in Singapore might be misrepresented by the seller. E.g, bundling Microsoft Windows 8 trial license,  offering units that are not warrantied by the local service centre. Our products also have NO RISK of warranty being banned by local service centres (typically happens to parallel import products)

Qn: Why are the laptop/gadgets price lower than retail prices?

Ans: Under our Laptop Outlet branding, we typically have exclusive deals with brands, or we deal with factory refurbished, demo or display units, clearing at much lower than original SRP.

Qn: What do you mean by "Factory Refreshed" units?

Ans: Factory Refreshed units are backed with Full manufacturer's warranty. The units undergo strict QC and check process from the original factories to produce units that are as good as new.

Refurbishment done by the original factory has 2 distinct differences -> Comes with original packaging and full original warranty support.

Qn: Is there any “catch”; on the stocks that you are selling?

Ans: All stocks are authorized, sourced locally with full warranty support by the original brand. In addition, we also offer our own service warranty, covered by our other repair division, Laptop Hospital to further assist our customers. We strictly avoid parallel import, 3rd party refurbished or 2nd hand stocks. We only sell "Factory Refurbished" stocks with original factory warranty. To differentiate between 3rd party refurbished stocks and factory refurbished stocks, 3rd part refurbished stocks do NOT have warranty from original manufacturer as claimed by many sellers. “Factory Refurbished/Refreshed”; stocks come with full original warranty by manufacturer. In addition, parallel import stocks also faced the risk of warranty being void as and when by the manufacturer when they deem fit.

Qn:Are your Windows 8 full licensed or just trial license?

Ans: Yes, our Windows 8 are full licensed, authorized by Vendor and Microsoft. We believe in offering the best products to our customers with full transparency of our items. Unlike some resellers, they offer only Windows 8 as Trial which will require activation after 30 days.
