* We do not accept any cancel/return/exchange/refund, except for incorrect item sent / manufacturer defects
* For defect items, we will accept exchanges if the items are sent back to us within 14 days upon items being sent out. Buyer will have to pay for the postage for exchanges. Exchange items will only mail out upon recived the defect items. Delivery charges are non-refundable
