Instructions:

Fat Magnet

1. Place the fat magnet in freezer without the scraper for a minimum of 2 1/2hours
2. With the fat magnet directly out of the freezer and slightly angled pat on the oil floating on top of the pot for a few seconds. Rotate the fat magnet as you pat the oil to help absorb the maximum amount. The Fat Magnet may be used more than once as long as the metal plate remains cold.
3. The oil will solidify as it cools onto the Fat Magnet. Once the metal plate is completely covered, use the scraper to remove the hardened oil. To use the scraper simply press the Fat Magnet into the scraper and rotate as indicated until the fat is removed.

Cleaning Instructions:

As with all kitchenware this item should be washed thoroughly using dishwashing detergent.

Top rack dishwasher safe.
