Q: I have plugged in the USB cable and the water is flowing and the LED lamp is lit. Why is the Digital Clock display not lit?
A: You need to insert 3AA batteries at the underside of the aquarium to power the LCD clock display

Q: How do i change water? What precautions do i need to take?
A: When changing water, please take good care to prevent water from getting into the right handside of the aquarium where the electric components are located
Q: What power sources can i connect the USB aquarium to?
A: You can connect the USB aquarium to any USB power supply (These includes laptops, phone charges, USB hubs, portable powerbanks, USB adapters
Q: What is the max or min height that i can fill water to?
A: There is a marking on the front of the glass panel to indicate the min and max height. Please ensure that water level is always between these levels.
Q: What types of fish are suitable for these?
A: We cannot recommend any fish but please keep number of fish to minimum to prevent overcrowding
