Shai hong is a special kind of Yunnan black tea, shai means dryinh in the sun, it is the product process of this tea, all the raw materials is from
Jingmai ancient tea garden, here the tea tree more than 300 years old. Shai hong is also called as puerh black tea, for it is not like common black tea, it is post-fermentation, it can be stored for many years to get better taste, just like puerh tea.

To brew this black tea:
.1. According to own taste, put 3-5g tea into gaiwan.
2. Use boiled water with temperature of 95-100 ℃.
3. Stay for about half minutes, you can begin to drink the tea.
4. It could be brewed for 5-8 times.
