This company has excellent customer care service. My order actually arrived with nothing in it because someone opened it and stole the product out of the mailer. I can't believe my mailman delivered it that way! I contacted Philip and they immediately sent out another order. It takes a week or two because it is coming from Singapore. This time everything was intact. I love this product, it works!
