1. Do you need to register an account to order?

No, but registering an account will be more convenient for you to make more future purchases and able to check the status of your order when you log into your account.

2. will my detail be safe if i create an account?

Yes! we respect every customer privacy and we will not disclose your personal details to the third party - only the necessary information, which is the delivery address and contact phone number of the recipient will be made known to third parties for delivering the product.

 3. How long will I receive my items?

Orders will be sent within 1-2 days after payment is made. Therefore, you should receive your Item usually within between 1-4 working days. It may be faster if you opt for registered mail. 

4. Do you ship internationally?

5. What if I am unhappy with your produce? 

You may return most unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund if the purchase in a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
