• Your daily diet should include the five nutrients essential to the development of your hair follicles: protein, sulphur, zinc, iron and group B vitamins.
• Avoid smoking, as tobacco reduces the elasticity of the blood vessels, which are particularly numerous and narrow in the scalp.
• Sport is good for your hair, as it helps eliminate sebaceous residue. However, certain precautions must be taken: sweat must not be left on the scalp, as it can disrupt its pH. It is therefore important to rinse your hair well, or wash it using gentle, low-lather products.
• Stimulate the scalp to promote blood circulation and root activity.

How to Use

After each shampoo, apply a small amount to wet hair.

Comb, leave in for 2 to 3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
