A mother and her daughter establish The Sniffles in 2014. The initial startup idea was to provide the best for their furkids. From there, they’ve decided to take off and provide cheap solutions, without compromising in quality, to the furkids in Singapore. One of their unique selling proposition is most of their items are handmade, which makes it more durable and unique. Being a relatively young company, The Sniffles would need your help and support to reach out to more furkids in Singapore.

Terms & Conditions:
1. No exchange or refunds are made base on wrong judgment of your furkids’ measurement. 
2. Exchanges will only be made if product has defects. All exchange or refund arrangements (contact via phone/ email) should be made within 1 week from the date of purchase. 
3. Self-collection of items is available every (1.) Monday & Thursday at 6-7pm, a big shelter outside Hougang Mall and (2.) Monday & Thursday at 12-2pm at Toa Payoh Central, outside Burger King.
4. Kindly arrange self-collection through email or pm The Sniffles on Face Book.
5. FREE delivery will be provided with a minimum purchase of $100 and above. 
6. A minimum top-up of $5 (dependant on delivery location) for doorstep delivery.
7. Overseas delivery is available, kindly drop us a text/ email/ pm us on FaceBook (The Sniffles) for more information.
8. Kindly state the mode of delivery/ collection BY LEAVING A COMMENT BEFORE CHECKOUT. 
9. Payments can be made through ATM transfer (kindly take a photo/ screenshot of transaction receipt), cash during self-collection/ delivery and PayPal. Kindly state your preferred mode of payment upon confirmation of order.
