On a voyage with no more than 10 guests, your experiences will be as personalized as they are memorable. A sense of discovery accompanies much of what you see and do with an emphasis on ease, comfort and choice. On the return day route to the marina, guest will enjoy the wonderful clear view of Singapore's skyline. Spectacular Fireworks display from Sentosa will be available at times from the return route back to the marina.

A 2 seater kayak, snokelling mask will be provided for outdoor sea activity.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. All charter bookings on this website are sold subject to the following conditions.
2. The person whose name is on the contract will be considered as the groups leader and therefore accepts these terms and conditions for and on behalf of all the persons named on, substituted or added to the booking form.
3. All prices shown are current at the time of putting the website online. Information given here is based on the latest information available. We reserve the right to change any of the facilities, services, itineraries, prices or vehicles described here without being liable for any compensation or refund.
4. Clients who wish to cancel their charter holiday for any reason, including health or family reasons. The payment is non-refundable but with mutual agreement it may be rescheduled to another date.
5. Prices do not include insurances of any kind for clients, unless stated explicitly. Therefore, clients are strongly advised to obtain their own insurance for health (sickness & accidents), baggage loss/damage, theft, cancellations or otherwise while traveling. In case of these events during the trip, we shall not be liable for any cost or expense arising there from. We shall not be liable for any refund, either partial or total of money paid.

7. No pets are allowed on board at all times.
8. In the occurrence of bad weather out at open sea, activities will be stopped for the safety of all passengers and crews onboard; no refund of any unused hours
9. The client is aware that sea activities involve many risks, dangers, and hazards including, but not limited to: accidents which occur during transportation or travel to and from the water; the overturning or upsetting of boats or rafts; falling from the boat or raft while on the sea; impact or collision with rocks, trees, logs,deadfall, power boats, or other vessels and equipment; encounters with domestic or wild animals;negligence of other boaters or paddlers and negligence on the part of charter including the failure by Uboat Cruise Pte Ltd to safeguard and protect me from the risks, dangers and hazards of activities.I freely accept and fully understood that all risks, dangers, and hazards associated with charter activities and the possibility of personal injury, damage and death
10. In case of bad weather before the cruise departs, trip will be postponed for up to 1 hour; if bad weather persists, trip will be scheduled for another date; no refunds allowed.
11. Bookings can only be confirmed when 50% of the deposit is received.
12. Payment must be made in full before boarding.
13. Charterer agrees to be fully responsible for all furnished equipement onboard the yacht. Charterer agrees to pay Uboat Cruise Pte Ltd the amount necessary to replace damaged or lost equipments.
14. For every 4 hours, the maximum cruising time will be around 35mins. Cruise by Pulau Tukukor,Kusu Island, St. John Island, Pulua Seringat and berth at Lazarus Island.
Additional Charges:
Additional $100 for Third slot evening charter applicable on Monday to Thursday
Additional hours for Monday to Thursay at $100
Additional hours for Friday to Sunday at $150
Additional charges for alcohol corkage at $50
Bookings for Friday , Saturday and Sunday , public holidays and eve of public holidays additional $200 ( No additional charges for booking on evening cruise)
