This is a really good product. I have used it several years now for knees and joints. I've seen no side effects. Gave it to our dog for his joint problems and he responded really good, got back to climbing stairs. This is a hard to find product so look no further Amazon has it, as usual. Good luck.
Suggested Use
Take 2 capsules, one time daily, with a meal.
