FAQ

Q. When my battery reaches to 100%, it does not auto disconnect. Is the cable faulty?

A: Depending on your battery condition(whether its new or you've been overcharging your phone), it takes 30 - 60 mins after to auto disconnect once it reaches 100%. If it does not, please email us at support@bigbossstore.com.

Q. The LED light is still on after the auto disconnect. Is my cable faulty?

A: Every phone model works differently, if the phone is running a background apps / notification after disconnect it will charge back and will go back to disconnect mode after 10-20mins. 

Q. The advertisement says "Charges 30% faster" but it is charging the same speed as my original cable.

A: Speed is dependent on your plug output which our cable is up to 2.1AMax. Please refer to your plug max output for further details.
