1. Oil is not included in the package. Only 100% natural water-soluble essential oil can be used in this product. Those containing chemical fragrance, spice or impurities will will cause malfunction. Use at least 3 drops per 100ml water. Too much oil will clog the system.
2. The amount and intensity of mist produced will vary, this is not unusual and should not be considered as a fault.
3. Essential oil needs to be dripped into the water.
Dripping into a empty base will cause damage to the product,
and we will not be liable under such circumstance.
