B) EXCHANGE POLICY:
1. Period :
-7 days after shipping date (which is notified). Any further days requested is to be contacted directly to seller subject to seller's acceptance. In case, there is no prior consent from seller after the exchange period, there will not be claims against seller.
2. Product condition:
-Product should not be worn for activities, washed, dirtied and damaged. All our products are checked for quality before shipping so defect by mishandling as specified under the care instructions stipulated below is strictly not acceptable.
3. Product exchange for sizes and style;
- Sizes in case do not fit, are only allowed to change for similar design as listed in Qoo10, subject to availability.
- Exchanging for other designs is not allowed.
4. Refund
Not allowed for hygiene purpose , unless defects by manufacturer.
C) CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
-Take care when wearing and removing swimwears.
-Do not remove swimwears by pulling the ruffles or laces , which are hand sewn on as our designs. Seams are prone to tear if roughly pulled by users. Sellers do not refund or exchange.
-Be delicate to the swimwear.
D) SHIPPING DISCLAIMER:
We shall not be held responsible for items that get lost in mail if you choose the Non-Registered mail option. We strongly advise buyers to select registered mails.
If wrong address is entered into the system and sent to wrong address, we will not be held responsible. In case returned mail by wrong address from buyers, we will contact buyer for redelivery, at customer's expense.
