1.  What item is this?
It is a Mikasaki PSB Approved 16"Wall Fan.

2.  Is there any warranty?
Yes. There is a 1 Year Manufacturer's Warranty.

3. If it gets faulty, can I bring it to the seller?
No. You will need to bring it to the manufacturer, whose address can be found on the warranty card.

4. What is the delivery leadtime?
Delivery is done by Qxpress and it generally takes 2 - 3 working days.

5. Why is there no "Store Pick Up" option?
We operate out of an office and all stocks are stored in a warehouse with limited access; as such, Qxpress delivery would be the best and fastest option.
