Chamomile 洋甘菊

Directions :
Pour freshly boiled water over a tea bag or 1-2 teaspoons of loose tea in a cup and infuse for 3 minutes. Lemon or honey could be added.

Tips :
Adding ground ginger to the tea can help alleviate distastes of food and loss of appetite. Make a chamomile tea 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed for restful sleep.

 

Keep in cool dry place, away from strong light and odour. Refrigerate after opening.
