Wedo not encourage buyers to choose Normal Mail as a shipping option. This is due to high lost cases and such shipping method cannot be tracked or traced.

REGISTERED MAIL

Registered Mail is our preferred shipping method. Depending on the size and weight of the item, we charge from $3.99 to $7.00 for each registered item. Buyers will be provided with a tracking number so that they can track the status of the delivery. Registered Mail highly recommended

In the event of non-delivery, e.g., no one is at home at the time of delivery, SingPost will issue a “Non-Delivery” note at the delivery address. Buyers are to follow the instructions provided on the SingPost delivery note to collect the item at the nearest post office.
